Let my days on earth not be few
Let me come to know life’s beauty Let me open my windows to the wonders of the world Let me not swerve from life’s path Let me open my heart….. Let me learn to pause if only for today Let me find peace from sadness, quiet from noise and love from hate Let me not swerve from life’s path Let me know sorrow or happiness that opens the way of sympathy and Understanding Let me know the joy of family and friends Let me lie down in peace and sleep Let me not swerve from life’s path And when my time comes Let me slip into the night Demanding nothing of God, or man, or of you

Seasons changing
Gray to blue of sky Different birds of colors Trees budding Flowers blooming Seasons are changing Full is life Beckoning - welcoming ~ Welcoming - beckoning Life is full Changing are seasons Blooming flowers Budding trees Colors of birds different Sky of blue to gray Changing seasons It takes only the sun’s last rays
A blush of color in the sky Beckoning - welcoming A whisper of While light fades from above Enveloping our lives with shadows of night Ending in quiet slumber! There exist a silent language
With no sound or alphabet Only spended pictures Host of vision In them the world reflects upon Thoughts of the heart Solutions of unexpressed dreams The language of images Bright as the midday sun Blue sky in the expanse The rustling of wings The overflowing of night Silence of a falling star The rumbling of the sea With sunrises and sunsets Letting us be free All of us Wherever we make home Being a superhero is very adventurous
Sometimes scary and sometimes hazardous Fighting the felonious and the dangerous Through the air and on the ground Over fences, walls and buildings you bound Experimenting with new powers found Those around you may be envious Some believe you could be devious But a superhero’s life is mysterious Your body reacting as if spellbound Sniffing out trouble like a bloodhound Every man, woman and child, you astound A lot of situations are atrocious Other times humorous or arduous In the end its supercalifragilisticexpialidocious |
