The Earthly Blews (Blues) by Worth

6/20/2019

"STOP"! Is what the wind heard, as it blew silently across the earth. The earth spun thinking it was the wind who caused its continuous motion. Saying to the wind "I want to be still, allow me this pleasure at once"! The wind looked bewildered by such a deliberate notion, not knowing what it had done. The earth full of itself. The wind wanted to speak but its mouth only raged gust of hot air. Before the wind could get a word in, the earth stood still allowing the wind a chance to protest. Yet the wind had done nothing wrong to the earth because it was not it who made the earth move. The earth rolled on its axis asking the wind to stop but the wind was all the while silent as it blew across the movement of the earth.
