For a moment we are together
Time like a breath in the blinking of a eye
Like a shooting star tear fall...
How small our time together
We Now so far apart.
Each beat from my internal drum
Like a lightning strike of memories of joy
Pulled between the two then and now my lonely present.
Woe to our past we lived such happy days
Peace now brings so much pain.
I rather the white noise of chaos to drown the darkness of the serene.
You left me and yet you took me with you
Hanging there from the supporting beam.
My life a nightmare and no relief in my dreams.
We were perfectly together but you didn't hear my internal cry.
So I tied the noose kicked the chair and said
